History

Since 1992, ActionAid in Pakistan has been working hard to fight for the human rights of the poor and minority/marginalized populations. ActionAid's rights-based programs and policy interventions focus on promoting women’s rights and gender equality; securing people's right to food and livelihoods; citizens’ right to just and democratic governance; and promoting peace and human security in emergencies, disaster and conflicts.
